The flight to Albuquerque from Portland was over four hours. We landed and were walking through the airport and Sam says, "how many more airplanes til we get to grandma's house?" He was shocked to find out we were "already there!??"

Sam and Mia were having an arguement while playing today. So I asked what the problem was. Sam says to me, "Marriage is when two people move into a house together and don't get to see their friends anymore, RIGHT Mom?"
---
We walked into a grocery store for the first time after returning to the States and Mia was looking around awestruck saying, "beeeautiful! beeeautiful!" I had to laugh at that one because the exact same word was echoing through my mind.

I think Sam might be right about the beginning phase of marriage at least!
I love how aware your kids are of their surroundings. They are wise beyond their years! Tally and I thought these were hilarious!
