My sister visited me for 3 weeks in July and we did a ton of fun stuff. I just got the CD of pictures from her in the mail and had to do a post. I'll try and cover some of the other places we went in the next few days. Unforch we lost some of the pictures when trying to transfer them to my computer (thus the mailed CD of pics 3 weeks later)-- Zermatt (the Matterhorn), Chateau Chillon (A castle on the lake by Montreaux), Bern, and some pics of Zurich. Alas... only a memory. Here's some of the intact pictures for your viewing pleasure. These are all pictures of our day in Engelberg, Switzerland. I absolutely love this place. It's a 45 min. drive from my house. We had a blast riding up the cable cars to the top of the mount Titlis. It's a glacier up there so they have a year round snow park where you can tube and sled as much as you want. There's a picture below of the run-- it's a little freaky at first because it curves and from the top of the run it looks like you could go off the edge of a cliff at the bottom- but of course the snow is packed 2o feet high and you are perfectly safe. The kids had a great time playing in the snow. The views here are spectacular and we spent some time at a little lake on the way up. The kids were wiped out by the end of the trip. Engelberg is one of my favorite places in Switzerland.

You are so adventureous! The pictures are beautiful. Are your kids absolute pros at travelling everywhere now? NYC should fit you just fine! A piece of cake after being in Switzerland! :)
