*the great escape*

Jared and I are leaving to Spain tomorrow. This will be our first trip away from the kids. We are dumping them on our neighbors for four days while we hit the "Costa Blanca". I thought it was a pretty appropriate location as Jared and I are the whitest people I know. We are excited to leave, but in the last few days my motherly instincts are making me feel guilty for abadoning my kids. Sam is calling this trip our "honeymoon". He thinks we are going to get married. Whatever makes him feel good about the trip, I guess. He has also requested that we bring him back some "superman weapons-- a superman sword and a superman gun". Seeing as Superman doesn't use weapons we might be in trouble here. I told him that I will "do my best." They will have a great time here-- the Thomas' are like family now so they should be great. (Hear me trying to convince myself?)

I have decided that the only way to really show Mia's personality is by posting some pictures of her in action. This girl cracks me up constantly.

I like to entitle this series "The potty monster"
