So, Mia is in full on princess mode. It's a little scary actually. Especially when she gets in character-- I mean, how she is normally is "in character" enough, and then she adds a whole layer to that WHAM you've got more princess on your hands then you can manage. She loves: lip gloss, nail polish, clothes, shoes, ballerina dresses, princess dresses, dresses, jewelry... you name it.
So here's our latest on the princess in the castle. She has been sucking her thumb since she was in the womb and her teeth are starting to push forward a little. So we have been trying to get her to stop, but nothing motivated her to give it up... until now. She has decided that she will stop sucking her thumb if she can get her ears pierced. That's right. So every night for the last week she has put a glove on her thumb sucking hand and has stopped sucking it. We are waiting to see if this lasts, and if it does, Mia will have some sparkly earrings in her ears in the foreseeable future. What a girl.
