*America's puzzle*
The other night Jared was watching the Glenn Beck special "9-12" with Sam. At the beginning of the show Mr. Beck had an intro talking about 9-11 and they showed some footage of the attack. Sam wasn't alive when it happened, and it's never come up in conversation in our family before. He was shocked. Jared explained what happened on Sept 11th and Sam replied, "It's kind of like there's a big puzzle of America, and when all of those people got killed, part of the puzzle came off and left a space. That's what I think about."

And I loved THIS comment on Sam - there is so much going down in that head of is. I think I'd learn a lot if he and I just chatted sometime.
