*back phat*

Hey, sorry.  I am so sorry.  I have been AWOL on the blogosphere for a while.  My life went a little ca-ray-zay.  First there was the birthday and then the birthday and then the birthday and then the visit from mom and dad (and Aaron) and then valentines day and then the birthday and then the death in the family (poor pukey our beloved laptop finally kicked it)... and then life in-between all those other things...  whew.   So here I am.  And here you are.  Here we are. I am back.  this post is going to be a bunch of pictures and rambling.  Come to think of it, not much unlike my other posts.

I love this picture.  I wish it was in focus.

Jared and Eli at my new favorite place.  It's a dutch restaurant in NYC called Danku.  Yummmmmmmy.

Climbing rocks in central park.

expressions in this pic are priceless.

I love the number 9.  Did you know that?  This is the biggest number nine I have ever seen.  So we took a picture.

Central Park.   Do you like the sticker on my jacket?  I sure know how to accessorize mommy style don't I?  Jeweled broach.... or paw print sticker.

up your nose like a rubber hose.  Mia took this picture of me.  I kind of like it.  I never get to see that angle of myself.  It interests me.

Me getting phat at the hidden burger joint in NYC.  It really is hidden.  You practically need a treasure map to get there.  I'll draw you one if want to know where it is.

Hanging out...

Happy birthday Sam!  Went to the bowling alley with 10 buddies from school and had a blast!

The hair fairy visited our house.  Sam is very anxious for the tooth fairy to come, but
I'm back.she hasn't wanted to visit us yet.

Sam was king for the day at his school on his birthday.  I visited his class and read a book about Lions and brought this craft for the kids.  (Oh yea I can be crafty!) They had a blast!  Here they are singing happy birthday with their puppets.

Sam with a buddy from school

Contemplating life...

Being silly...

posing...

I find pictures like this all over the house.  Ever since we saw Ariel on Broadway she is by far the most favorite princess EVER!!  I have some videos of Mia singing some songs too... I'll have to get one of those on here soon.

I like to entitle this one "Melva, the psycho hair dresser"  I love everything about this picture... her make-up, the pink paint in her hair from school, left-overs from lunch on her face, her whistle hair band (?)...  but especially the look on her face and how she holds the blow dryer like a gun.

Eli flying through central park.  Oh, I didn't mention he learned how to fly?

Eli looking freaking adorable in Central park.

Melva the crazy hairdresser attempting to assassinate Eli with blow dryer.

See my new teeth?  They are a lot bigger now.  My mommy needs to take another picture.

Ta ta for now.  I have a NYC post I want to do.  We stayed in the city with my parents while they were here and it was super doooper fun.  I loved it so much I wanted to cry.  And no I am not being sarcastic.  I really did.

Your kids are growing up so fast! They are so dang cute!

Its kind of funny because when I saw the last picture of Eli.. it reminded me that I have a VERY similar picture of Brayden showing off his new teeth.. and he is also wearing red!

Eli is adorable and Mia's hair is gorgeous and surprised me until I remembered her mother's! I love that Sam got to be king for his birthday.
Nice update.
(I personally love the number 7.)

My daughter has the same hair dryer thing, and Brent and I hide it so we don't have to hear that horrible noise. We have also taken to hiding it on each other and scaring each other with it when the opportunity rpesents itself. It works especially well when Brent is getting out of the shower and I am hiding behind the bathroom door. Jump out, turn it on and hold it out like a gun and then laugh yourself silly.

FINALLY!

I love that pic of Jared & Eli and why is it that the really good sporadic moments end up fuzzy!? I love that pic of Mia and the blowdryer too. You'll have to start a file called "pics to show Mia's future boyfriends" and stick that in there. Classic. Oh, and I love that up the nose shot of you...seriously...that's what our kids think we look like. Kels took a pic of me like that that's needing to be posted...glad we got an update, now don't keep us waiting so long next time!
