*update and plans*

People have been asking what our plans are so I thought I'd post an update. Things are getting crazy around here as we wrap up our final weeks in Switzerland. We leave in about 3 weeks and I've been trying to prepare for our Swiss clean check in advance so it won't kick my butt in a few weeks. They are very particular about the cleanliness/state of apartment when you check out. So between that and figuring out what to pack, what to leave, what to throw out, and what to ship I have been pretty busy. Somehow I have found lots of time to procrastinate the above items and go out and do some fun stuff with friends. Jared and I had about 8 different dream vacations planned that we haven't been able to do so we're fitting in a few here at the end. This weekend we spend 3 days in Sardinia, an island off the coast of Italy. Then once we move out we'll be on the road for 3 weeks hitting the UK, Norway and Greece. My older brother Ryan is going to join us for the last 10 days of the trip (Norway and Greece). We're excited to have him along. Then after our whirlwind tour we head back to the states and I'll spend some time in NM with my family while Jared starts work in NYC and finds us a new place to call home. Hopefully we'll join him sometime in Oct. So those are the plans for now. Check back every so often to see pics of our adventures because our lives are sure to get pretty boring after we move back to the States!

I am so excited that you'll be back in the States, although it sounds like you'll be kind of sad, maybe. I think I'm 6 hours from you in NYC, but I'm not sure. Anyways, I have loved reading your blog and hope that it continues despite all the packing. Go Sam and Mia!
